Tails decided to perma ban me with no reason

Milestailsprower randomly perma banned me even though I did nothing. The only message I got was that I was on some sort of magical perm ban list that only exists in Miles fantasy world so he banned me.

And for the record...I was never perma banned in the first place.

i was not there at the time but i have never seen obsessed griefing ,mic spamming or doing other no nos so why would a nice guy like miles here perma ban you?
mabie the person who gave miles the list did this as a joke?
or was it something you did that someone deamed inapropriate at the time but seriously....... Perma bans are only an answer in the case of a major dickwad.

Well, I will let Miles state his full reasons if he wants, though he really doesn't have to.

But, I sort of caught the jist of it, the "magical ban list" you refer to was from waaaay back in the day before me and waffle even started playing? That's what he said I think, and you were perma banned on that list, which was erased in one of numerous either moves, or whatever.

Though I know you played on the server quite a bit since me and waffle started on it, so I'm not really sure. That's just what I remember off the top of my head.

And warfour...you probably haven't been around long enough to know this or something. But tails has a huge grudge against me (long story)

Want to know why he banned me way back then? Here you go:

I called tails fat. He started to get annoyed. This just encouraged me to call him fat more. Eventually he left the server. Then I renamed myself to "Tails the Fat fox" it was clearly me. Tails then finds out and gets a senior admin at the time (he was a mod back then) to ban me for "impersonating a moderator" (which was laughable since everyone on the server knew I was just joking...I admit I probably took it too far). And thats history for ya. (I was eventually unbanned for some unknown reason to me)

But theres actually even more history of him getting pissed at me. When I first went onto the server I called him gay because he posted some suggestive tails spray (I didn't know he was actually gay at the time). He then said in chat that he was actually gay. Being the internet, I didn't believe him and proceeded to make fun of him for being a furry and for "pretending" hes gay. It was only much later until other people started telling me he was actually gay that I actually believed him. But the damage was already done and when he first got moderator he always slapped me for no reason, but I never called out abuse since I made fun of him plenty of times.

Obsess'd was PREMABANED ages and ages ago (by azon) for constantly insulting me and then when i was gone impersnating me azon premabaned you but with the new server the list is gone i was just puting the ban back up. FULL STOP im not going on anymore your baned deal with it jsut like m0S.

edit: i had mod within a week of comeing to the server so i had mod before even seeing you.

I think Obsess'd's post was more than something that he just threw together, he actually took the time to be articulate and it really shows that he wants to be on the JSGG server. I this that the old ban list does kind of seem justifiable, BUT, he has not done anything that has gotten to the point of deserving a permaban from that time untill now. (I am still just trying to get over the fact that Obsess'd actually has been driven to the point of appealing the ban and sounding professional and collective in order to justify his right of being on the servers, it really shows that he does care about the matter at hand.) All in all, this guy is well-deserving of being taken off the permaban list due to his admitting his past mistake, as well as not reiterating on that subject (He hasn't made fun of a moderator or admin to the point of a ban, or a kick no less, so i can easily say that I trust his word).

Again, I never impersonated you. I just insulted you. <__<

But honestly I don't know why you were so sensitive about your weight in the first place. The only reason I kept at it way back then was because you kept reacting to it.

And I was unbanned long before the new server came up. I don't know why you decided to bring this up again this minute.

Not like I'm taking sides or anything, but technically that is harassment which kinda is bannable. But rebanning him after he was unbanned (of course I'm also assuming he hasn't done any other bannable offense since), seems unnecessary. I can't say that neither Obsess'd nor Tails is truly in the right in this situation. Because you were permabanned, and for whatever reason, you got unbanned. I suppose some kind hearted soul decided to give you a second chance or erik just didn't bring over the previous banlist. If it's the latter, technically you should be banned, but I'd be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately for you I no longer have any kind of power in this community so my words can be taken with a grain of salt.

No, I was definitely unbanned. You were even in the server when I first joined after being unbanned.

And yes, of course what I did was harassment. But that was ages ago and I probably would have gone to the ban appeal thing if I was still banned for that. But someone unbanned me before I did that and I haven't harassed tails since.

Miles, if he was unbanned for whatever reason it doesn't give you the right to ban him again for doing nothing. If he does then you know how the ban right goes, Warn, mute/kick, ban.

If that doesn't convince you then, Obsess'd you need to take it up with DJ and i'm sure the matter will be solved.

I have a very fair middle ground. Unbann him and put him on probation. Then for 2 weeks, if he pulls shit, just perma ban him. If not, then just live and let live. I have to say his story does sound pretty legit, but I've heard made up stories that are more plausable, so it's a toss up. Honestly i could care less, Ob should be less of a dick and Tails should stop taking stuff so srsly, i mean it is the fucking internet.

Waiting for my future perma ban for this post. ;)

Anyways miles made warhorse come permaban him cause I was there that evening, it was on that map where you have to escape in the space pod thingy. The ban came because you kept calling him fat and stuff, so in theory you should have been perm banned BUT since these are the new servers cause the old ones have been gone offline for a while the ban list got deleted (i think) and I say that he deserves a second chance besides it's not like he does that now or that you can't abuse him in other ways *wink**wink* . or maybe I'm just to good

But thats the thing...I was unbanned long before this new server came up, remember? That was back when I thought you were a teamkiller. I first joined when you guys were playing tetris and you just got your mod powers. Tails has no right to ban me again.

And fine, ill appeal my ban for doing absolutely nothing / calling someone fat over a year ago.
